A 30-quart (28L) hard box built for San Diego tuna and yellowtail trips. Rinses clean, dries by morning, holds the whole loadout, and keeps a rigged rod ready the second the captain calls the drop.

Soft bags fail the same three ways:

• They soak up squid juice, tuna blood, and salt spray until the garage smells like a bait tank.
• They can't hold a real long-range loadout, so half your arsenal stays in the truck.
• Zippers seize with salt corrosion until the whole thing dies in a season.

The 28L box is the answer to all three: a rigid, non-porous shell you hose out on the dock and leave open overnight.

Tested on the boat, not the showroom. I ran this box on a July tuna trip and put the messiest part of the day right on it. Tuna blood that stains and stinks up a soft bag for weeks washed straight off the shell with a few seconds of deck hose. Nothing porous, nothing for mold to live in, dry by morning.

Full refund any time before your box ships, deposit or balance, all of it. Email me, the money comes back, done. No restocking games on a box that hasn't shipped.

Will it fit on a charter boat?
External dimensions are 18.5" × 12.6" × 13" (about 47 × 32 × 33 cm), sized for the tackle area and below the rail on standard San Diego sportfishing boats. And because the lid is sit-and-stand rated, it earns its deck space twice: storage and a seat.
