Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling Time Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to all 50 US states. A flat shipping rate of $9.50 applies to all orders, with an estimated delivery window of 2–5 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping Offer Order 2 or more jigs and your shipping is on us — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

US-Only Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delays & Lost Packages Once your order is handed off to USPS, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. If your package appears lost or hasn't moved in 7+ business days, please contact us at info@hao2fish.com and we'll work with USPS to resolve it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we'll do our best to make it right.
